All about Vegan food.
For ethical, medical, or environmental grounds, a vegan diet or veganism tends to abstain from animal products. By definition, veganism is a way of life in which individuals try to avoid all forms of animal abuse and exploitation.
A vegan diet could initially appear difficult or excessively constricting. I'll cover a few fundamentals about vegan-friendly cuisine in this article.
HEALTH
Some people opt for a vegan diet because of its possible health advantages. Red meat consumption in particular has been linked to type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. Altering your diet to consume less animal products and more plant-based foods may also help with digestion and lower your risk of developing Alzheimer's disease.
Vegan diets tend to be low in these nutrients:
- vitamin B12
- vitamin D
- calcium
- zinc
- iodine
- selenium
