KETO DIET!!!

A low-carb, high-fat diet is known as a ketogenic diet (or keto diet). Many studies have shown that it can help people lose weight and treat a variety of health issues.

A ketogenic diet can help people with type 2 diabetes or metabolic syndrome lose excess body fat without feeling hungry.

The goal of the keto diet is to burn fat instead of carbohydrates, often known as carbs.

What to eat on a Keto Diet?

These are typical ketogenic diet foods that you can eat. Net carbohydrates per 100 grammes (3.5 ounces) of food are represented by the figures.

Foods with lower counts are typically preferable to stay in ketosis and continue burning fat as fuel.

  1. Eggs
  2. Fish and Sea food
  3. Meat and poultry
  4. Above ground vegetables
  5. Cheese
  6. Natural Fats
What should you do first in order to enter ketosis? Aim to limit your carb intake. You should aim for a daily net carb intake of less than 50 grammes (total carbs minus fibre), ideally 20 grammes.
The diet seems to work better for getting into ketosis, decreasing weight, or improving type 2 diabetes, the less carbs you consume.
Initially, counting carbohydrates can be beneficial.
